16-week remediation leadership and implementation oversight
The Remediation Implementation Retainer is a 16-week service in which Doc Mac Learning serves as the remediation team lead, working directly with the remediation team to design the remediation plan, oversee implementation, and support adjustments throughout the remediation period.
This package is ideal for programs that want experienced leadership guiding the case from intake through implementation and closeout to ensure the process is fair, defensible, and effective.
Phase 1: Intake, Review, and Remediation Plan Development (Weeks 1β2)
- Intake call with program leadership
- Review of available evaluations and performance data
- Identification and organization of resident deficiencies
- Mapping of deficiencies to competencies
- Collaborative development of a fully structured, case-specific remediation plan
- Clear goals, actions, and timelines
- Objective criteria for progression and completion
- A remediation roadmap that includes data collection points, meetings, and follow-up activities
Phase 2: Remediation Implementation and Oversight (Weeks 3β14)
- Ongoing oversight of remediation plan implementation (12 weeks)
