ELEVATE Certification Program
February Cohort Enrollment
The ELEVATE Remediation Certification is an 8-week, live, cohort-based program designed to prepare faculty and education professionals to implement a clear, defensible, and effective resident remediation process within their own training program.
Participants are guided through the ELEVATE Remediation Framework step by step, with weekly instruction and structured implementation work. Each week focuses on a specific phase of the framework, allowing participants to apply the process in real time and build their remediation infrastructure as the program progresses.
Throughout the program, participants work on a real remediation case and develop every component of the process from start to finish. Each week, participants submit their work and receive individualized feedback to refine, strengthen, and improve their remediation process before moving on to the next phase.
By the end of the 8 weeks, participants will have a fully built, documented remediation process in place that has been reviewed, refined, and aligned with best practices in defensible remediation.
The certification confirms your ability to apply the ELEVATE Framework consistently, guide remediation efforts with confidence, and support residents through structured, defensible performance improvement plans grounded in sound decision-making.
Completion of the certification authorizes you to implement the ELEVATE Remediation Framework within your residency program. Use of the framework outside your institution or in a consulting role is reserved for individuals approved through the ELEVATE Certified Consultant Pathway.
