Resident Remediation Support

Resident Remediation Support is a 12-week, structured, expert-guided support program for residents navigating remediation or significant performance concerns.

This program provides individualized guidance, practical tools, and a clear roadmap to help residents understand expectations, translate feedback into actionable steps, and demonstrate sustained improvement.

Residents work directly with Doc Mac Learning to:

• Clarify remediation expectations and success criteria
• Break feedback into concrete, achievable action steps
• Build organization, follow-through, and accountability systems
• Strengthen communication, professionalism, and clinical performance habits
• Prepare for remediation meetings, evaluations, and progress reviews

This service may be purchased by residents directly or by residency programs to support residents while reducing faculty burden and ensuring a structured, defensible remediation process.
