This package includes:

• Intake call to review the resident’s situation and clarify performance concerns

• Review of available evaluations and performance data

• Identification and organization of resident deficiencies

• Mapping of deficiencies to competencies

• A fully structured, case-specific remediation plan

• Clear goals, actions, and timelines

• Objective criteria for progression and completion

• A remediation roadmap that includes data collection points, meetings, and follow-up activities

• Written handoff summary for program leadership explaining how to implement the plan

Programs stay involved and retain final decision-making authority while gaining expert support to reduce risk and faculty burden.

How it works:

1. After purchase, access your client portal in Kajabi

2. Download, sign, and upload the confidentiality agreement

3. Schedule and attend a brief intake call (recorded for internal documentation and plan development)

4. Program shares relevant evaluations and documentation

5. Remediation plan is drafted and delivered

Typical turnaround: remediation plan delivered within 3 business days after the intake call.

This package does not include:

• Ongoing case management

• Meeting facilitation
