The ELEVATE Certified Consultant Pathway is designed for experienced GME professionals who want to work directly with Doc Mac Learning to support residency programs through structured, defensible remediation. This pathway is intended for individuals who are ready to apply their expertise beyond a single institution while maintaining consistency, quality, and accountability in remediation practices.

This certification authorizes approved consultants to represent Doc Mac Learning and apply the ELEVATE Framework while working with external residency programs through an established consultant role. Certified consultants may support programs with remediation plan development, documentation, and implementation using Doc Mac Learning’s tools, standards, and methodology.

Completion of the ELEVATE certification program alone authorizes participants to implement the ELEVATE Framework within their own institution. Participation in the Certified Consultant Pathway is required to apply the framework while working with other programs through Doc Mac Learning. This structure ensures appropriate use of the framework and protects the integrity of the process across institutions.
